No experience within the industry is required as full training will be provided. Saturday working required on a rota basis.

The administrator must be friendly and approachable, well presented, extremely organised and great at multi tasking.

A professional telephone manner and good organisational skills are crucial, along with the ability to offer an extremely high standard of customer service at all times.


The administrator is required to:

  • Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate.
  • Log information on calls received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.
  • Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/ suppliers/ visitors/ enquirers/ relevant staff, interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions.
  • File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments if needed.
  • Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, scanner, phone, fax and photocopier.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors and the general public.
  • Support the lettings team with administration relating to the letting of property.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords and any other office administration.
  • Book viewing appointments and on occasion answer enquiries.
  • Ensure any paperwork is completed and appropriately filed.
  • Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
Experience is not essential as training will be provided.
