Description
Maintenance position available at Warwickshire Park Hotel supporting the maintenance manager.

40 hours per week - Working hours - Between 8am and 7pm, dependent upon the business requirements.

Primary duties are plumbing, bathroom repairs, general DIY and landscaping.

Some tiling skills required along with basic carpentry knowledge.

We have electrical and commercial gas engineers that service the hotel for main works on the property.

The position will sometimes include weekend work.


Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
