Sourcers play a key role in our clients' success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them.


Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends and market analysis, Sourcers develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market.


What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?

  • Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to prepare for and take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice, constructively challenging when needed to add value to discussions.
  • Actively utilise LinkedIn not just with your Recruiter license to create projects, however, to post compelling content such as videos, insights and talk about your roles and client business areas.

What do I need to succeed in this role?

Must Haves:


  • Experience of creating and posting compelling information about AMS / Client roles on LinkedIn
  • Financial Services or Banking Sector Experience
  • Experience of proactive sourcing including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool

Nice to Haves:


  • LinkedIn monthly sourcing stats in line with a company benchmark
  • Able to deliver Sourcing Insights to educate the Client Services Team and Hiring Managers
