Our client, an exciting and fast-moving organisation based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, is on the search for a forward thinking and creative
Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their highly collaborative team.
You will take the lead on all payroll activities - ensuring all your colleagues are paid on time and in full, and that the payroll is run compliantly, taking ownershipof the end-to-end process including year-end closure and all HMRC submissions with the support of a small team.
The business is also focusing on developing its benefits offering - they want a
Compensation and Benefits Manager who will think creatively about delivering a value-added benefit offering to aid the attraction and retention of talent within the business.
You will be managing relationships with suppliers, including pensionprovision, so previous experience in working with external service providers and ensuring delivery against KPIs is essential.
This role is key within the business and needs someone who sees the payroll and benefits function in a tactical as well as strategic manner and who has the desire to collaborate with their colleagues and support wider Initiatives and projects within thebusiness.
