Women on the Move (WOTM) started as an internal, firm-wide initiative to empower our women employees to grow their careers.

In 2018, we expanded the program to include women clients, customers and the communities we serve. WOTM sits within the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Organization as a firmwide Center of Excellence.


Women on the Move's key objectives are to expand women-run businesses, improve women's financial health and advance women's career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive daytoday project management and administrative support of WOTM Careers and Skills (C&S) programming including executing global programs, managing general inboxes, implementing communication strategies, and managing and supporting vendor relationships, when applicable
  • Provide oversight and execution for Legal, Finance, and Controlsrelated asks in partnership with the C&S VP
  • Develop and execute strategies to streamline tactical components of C&S program implementation at scale
  • Manage the audit and upkeep of distribution lists for our extensive group of global participants and volunteers
  • Assist in the identification of key performance indicators, measurements, analyses, and reports on the effectiveness of our strategies or gaps within current programming
  • Work with the regional heads of the WOTM Business Resource Group in EMEA and APAC, including the Men as Allies chapters and leads, to brainstorm ideas, provide resources, and help with programming WOTM
  • Maintain "point of contact" support for the implementation of C&S programming in Europe/Asia/Africa including identifying key stakeholders within these regions and developing relationships in collaboration with C&S VP
  • Manage team governance including facilitation and management of team meetings, shared drive management, intranet upkeep, data integrity projects, and ongoing DEI reporting
  • Thought partner with C&S VP as it relates to market trends, analyses, reports, and articles related to gender equity and women in the workplace
  • Partner closely across all lines of business, functional teams, geographies as well as with colleagues in other diversity initiatives to ensure wholistic approach to career development programming
  • As needed, provide continuity across intra team projects, including supporting individual initiatives across WOTM that need global support
