A growing construction company based in Eccles, are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join their team.

This role will provide pivotal administrative assistance within the office and ideally requires someone who has at least 3 years experience in a busy admin role.

Due to the requirements of the position, the role is full time office based and you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative duties and ensuring that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.


The main duties of the role will include:

  • Answering external calls and welcoming site visitors
  • General scanning and filing
  • Scheduling staff meetings
  • Managing the office space managing the office cleaners and ensuring the office is presentable
  • Managing IT licenses and ordering hardware for new starters
  • Producing quarterly staff newsletters
  • Managing recruitment processes (placing adverts, booking interviews, engaging with recruiters)
  • Become central point for IT issues and liaising with external IT support to ensure issues are resolved
  • Work with our external HR advisors to support on HR issues
  • Manage the staff holiday booking system
  • Undertaking new starter checks including driving licences and DBS checks
  • Manage the staff birthday and work anniversary list and arrange appropriate acknowledge from the company
  • Maintain office stationery levels
  • Support in the organisation of staff events
  • Management of mobile devices (ensuring software updates and all required aps are downloaded to company iPhones and iPads)
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
