We are working with a leading company based in Reading that have a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and proactive Finance Director to lead the financial management of the firm.

This is a senior role that will report directly to the CEO.


Applicant & role requirements:

  • Must hold CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualifications
  • Solid leadership experience with a proven track record
  • Able to forge strong business and stakeholder relationships
  • Commercially astute with strong business acumen
  • Ability to motivate a team to provide a quality focused financial management service
  • Capable of being able to influence others and negotiating change
  • Add significant value to the company business plan and strategy
  • Guiding the senior leadership team through key financial decisions
  • Liaising with auditors in relation to year end accounts
  • To be responsible for monitoring cash flow and treasury management
  • Managing the firm's liquidity and mitigating any operational, financial and reputational risk
  • To control, oversee and review budgets for each part of the business

The package for this role is negotiable on experience but we envisage the basic salary will be circa £100,000 + bonus and a host of very lucrative benefits.
