Job Title:
Credit Control Assistant - Hybrid Role**
Job Type: Part-Time, Hybrid

Hours: 8 hours a week with the option of gradually increasing hours

Office Location:
Mount Hawke, Truro (the option to work from home is also available on completion of training period)

The Role
CTCC Solutions Ltd is growing and we're looking for someone to join our amazing team.

You will be responsible for your own client ledgers, working closely with our clients and their customers to resolve any queries, chase for payments, and maintain those important customer relationships.


What will you be doing

  • Analysis of clients age debtors
  • Exploration of the reason for delayed payment
  • Liaise with customers to ensure payment is received
  • Maintaining of client/clientcustomer communications
  • Create and monitor payment plans for debtors
  • Data entry of prospect details into system
  • Ensuring reports and notes are tidy and accurate
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Adherence to GDPR policies and procedures
