Receptionist / Administration Assistant Band 2


Service:
Aspire Drug and Alcohol Service


Contract:
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week with an occasional late night


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our administrative team supporting clinical services within Aspire.

In return for this commitment we will support and develop your potential and skills through regular supervision and training opportunities within the Trust.

The role requires working from three base points, Sinclair House, Rosslyn House and New Beginnings on a rota basis. There are occasional late nights, working 1- 7, also on a rota basis.


Successful applicants will display and maintain high levels of customer service at all times, ensuring all patients have a positive experience at their point of contact.

You will be able to work under pressure on a busy reception desk across all three bases.

Successful applicants will possess RSA II Typing/Word Processing or equivalent; be educated to GCSE level (Grade C or above in English and Mathematics) or hold equivalent qualifications and have an equivalent level of experience working in an office or healthcare environment; be able to use a PC and standard software packages.
