Reporting to the Head of FP&A in the Central Finance function, the FP&A Manager will support the delivery of insightful, action-orientated analysis to drive the performance of the business.

This is a high profile role working closely with the leadershipof both central functions and hotels as well as the Executive team.

You will be joining the team in their central London office on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. This opportunity offers a hybrid working model with an expectation of three days a week in the office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the monthly performance review process, challenging and consolidating commentary into key messaging for the Executive team
  • Own the monthly balanced scorecard
  • Support delivery of the quarterly forecast and annual Budget processes
  • Support the delivery of the annual five year plan
  • Drive process and reporting improvements for capex, cash flow and valuation modelling
  • Own deep dive projects into forecast accuracy, labour costs & efficiency, gas & electricity usage and produce analysis that drives performance improvement across the portfolio of hotels
  • Support with adhoc analysis and reporting

What we look for:


  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) minimum 2 years PQE
  • Experience of working collaboratively with finance and nonfinance stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a Group or Central Finance function
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • An analytical mindset and ability to summarise complex information into an understandable summary
  • Strong Excel skills with experience of modelling and working with large data sets
  • Hospitality and Leisure experience desirable but not essential.
