Description

Knowledge of labouring in the building trade is essential, common sense, ability to work in a team or alone, able to think ahead.


We cover multi trades from plastering, brick work, roofing, basic joinery, damp proofing, roof repairs, plumbing, heating, tiling, decorating, damp, windows & doors, bathroom & kitchen refits, Etc.

We work from small call out emergencies to renovations.

Someone with knowledge working within a residential private homes. We do not work on sites. We do work in occupied or unoccupied private residence

Must be able to read a tape measure correctly to cut timbers Etc

We do limited ground works. Not looking for a ground work labour.

Must hold a UK driving license with no major points. We do not pick you up or take you home.

Mobile phones must be able to not be on all day.

Full time position Monday to Friday, may be some Saturdays depending on works schedules

UTR number & NI number must be provided. Working on a self employed basis

Transport from PE12 6JX (Moulton Loosegate near Moulton Seas End) is provided. We are not on a buss rout.

We start at yard 7.30am and finish anywhere between - 6 depending on what works is on that day


Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
