£25,000 - £30,000

The Company:


We are working on a brand-new position with Chartered Financial Planning business in Woking who are searching to add an additional member to the client administration department helping with the provision of Financial Advice to valued clients.

The current team is friendly, professional and boasts a fantastic supportive working culture.


Building long term client relationships through an exceptional level of client service this firm provides a comprehensive range of advice services, specialising in Pensions, Investments, Tax and Protection planning to both corporate and private clients.


The Role:


  • Supporting and working closely with team members.
  • Arranging team meetings, client meetings and appointments.
  • Maintaining the backoffice system with up to date client details.
  • Liaising with product providers and partners.
  • Managing and finalising client documentation ensuring completeness.
  • Managing and coordinating annual client reviews.
  • Processing investments, fund switches and sales documentation within SLA.
  • Checking and completing investment transactions to ensure in line with original instructions.
  • Dealing with client queries.
  • Keep up to date with FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures.

The Required Skills:


  • Prior experience of working within Financial Services
  • Strong Pensions and Investments product knowledge is desirable
  • Proactive cando attitude
  • Team Player
  • Experience with Intelliflo/Intelligent Office & Wrap platforms
