An opportunity has arisen for a part time Sales Negotiator to join a thriving independent Estate Agent based in Barnsley.

Ideally we would like someone who has previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator or worked within a sales target driven role, be well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a passion to succeed within the Estate Agency industry.

Within this role the Sales Negotiator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser, booking viewings, generating market appraisals, and conducting viewings where required.

Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.


Hours:
Saturday 9 am - 2 pm

Sunday 11 am - 1 pm

Bank Holidays
*other days if required


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 7 per week


Salary:
£7.49-£10.50 per hour
