Are you who we are looking for?

Excellent time and diary management skills
Strong communication skills both written and orally
Must enjoy working individually but also within a wider team environment
You have a desire to develop and learn within a HR/finance function
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other packages
Sales enquiries from taking the initial call to arrange show rounds
Creating new contracts for residents moving in to arrange move outs and discharges

What is the day to day like?

Supporting the General Manager, in ensuring HR compliance is managed
Completing all administrative tasks, supporting the employee lifecycle
Managing the shared inbox daily
Supporting with any internal communication relating to groupwide communications
Assisting and supporting with any projects internally
