Due to recent company growth, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Customer Operations Executive to join our team in central Bristol.

Job description
As a Customer Operations Executive, you will provide customer service and operations support to the company, as required.


Key duties include:

  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Management of onboarding new clients
  • Answering calls from clients and suppliers
  • Capturing customer information correctly in our purposebuilt inhouse CRM system
  • Resolving customer service queries
  • Submitting and processing customer contracts
  • Ad hoc office duties when needed

Essential Skills / Abilities:

  • Experience in either operations, customer service or administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills must nurture relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Must be well organised and have an ability to organise others
  • A proactive individual who is prepared to challenge and improve internal processes
This is a full time, permanent role based in Bristol. 37.5 hrs per week.

Hours are 9:00 - 17:30 Start date: ASAP
