We are looking to recruit a
Specialist Support Worker (Substance Use) to join our Homelessness Services team at Founders' House.

Commissioned by Tower Hamlets Council, Founders' House provides residential supported accommodation for adults who are experience homelessness.

As a Specialist Support Worker (Substance Use) you will;

  • Work in partnership with clients at every stage of their stay ensuring that they remain on the project pathway and that support is tailored to their needs.
  • Further support clients including around physical, mental, and sexual health, and hoarding.
  • Proactively pursue own personal development of specialist area, ensuring you are fully up to date with current good practice, legislation, service delivery and policy in the field, including maintaining an awareness of practice and professional qualifications in the specialist area.
