The Talent Partner will own and manage all Team Member recruitment activity.
Working in conjunction with the People, Talent and Operations team you will ensure consistency and effectivity to ensure our shops are fully staffed.
- Process Team Member requests on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Place adverts both internally and externally
- Organise Discovery Days and ensure that the appropriate paperwork is sent to hosting stores
- Responsible for data reporting on daily resourcing KPIs
- Ensure the Team Member recruitment process is efficient with minimum administration so that vacancies are filled within good time
- Identify opportunities for improvement in our resourcing process to ensure that applicants have a positive experience with the itsu recruitment process
- Monitor the retention rate of new trainees and identify retention opportunities alongside the Talent Partner Lead.
- Keep up to date with external influences on recruitment through competitor analysis
- Ensure the itsu resourcing process is always compliant with employment law requirements
- Ad hoc recruitment project work

- 12 months experience in a recruitment administration role would be preferred but not essential
- You have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- You generate new ideas and always looks for better ways of doing things
- You are proactive with the ability to multitask, able to think outside of the box and always have a commercial awareness of our competitors
- You will promote the itsu qualities and culture in a positive light
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office systems
