- £25k basic + comms (£40k OTE)**
Responsibilities:

Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
Partner with HR to plan recruitment strategies
Stay updated on industry trends & tech to attract top talent

Requirements:

1+ years of 360 recruitment experience or BD experience
Good understanding of tech hiring process & ability to find top tech talent
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Knowledge of recruitment tools & technologies
