NOBULL's mission is to create a globally disruptive brand by developing simply innovative products that perform for our customers.NOBULL HQ is currently located in Boston, USA, while our EMEA/UK team is based in London. We are a new team with plans to evolve and grow rapidly as the NOBULL brand expands into Europe.

This role will help us shape, define and execute our physical retail here in London. What we do here will set the blueprint for NOBULL across Europe and further afield. It is a chance to be part of something truly special.
This role will be the face, voice and heart of the NOBULL Brand within our new flagship home in London.
It could be working on operational processes to ensure a seamless journey through our incredible location within Battersea Power Station, or it could be helping to host athletes or community members at one of our unique Brand / Community experiences.
The Store Team will bring the Brand to life in London.The Role:
- As part of the Store Team, you will work as part of a dynamic and diverse team to help create the very best retail experience for our incredible communities. To do this, you will combine a passion for customer service, teamwork and Training.
- You will report into Store Leadership, and duties will vary depending on shifts, timings and teams. However you will be part of one of the most informed, inspiring and inclusive teams in London's Training community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide best in class customer service, creating a memorable experience to all of our visitors
- Develop an understanding of each visitor's needs and objectives and utilise in depth brand, product and training knowledge to support customers how best we can
- Inform visitors of upcoming events that may be relevant to their training journey
- Listen, constantly. Hear our community, gain insights into how NOBULL can show up for them. Share these with Store Leadership.
- Support with areas such as visual merchandising, back of house, opening and closing procedures as required
- Provide assistance to major events held at the store, as well as other community initiatives
Experience Required:
- Prior experience with Sales / Retail, or a customer service focussed role
- A passion for the Sport/Training industry. Experience within this space, either professional or personal, would be advantageous
- Experience working within a team and a fast paced environment
- Comfortable with a "work in progress" mindset. Someone that is open to trying new things in the pursuit of progress. Let's redefine Retail.
- A flexible work schedule that can facilitate shift patterns across both weekdays, weekends and holiday periods
