Main Responsibilities:


  • Preparing EHCP review paperwork, including gathering information and liaising with teaching staff
  • Liaise with relevant staff to update EHCP paperwork with new or amended outcomes updated on Edukey'.
  • Arranging annual meetings reviews
  • Assist in adding information to Edukey as required for any student

Other responsibilities

  • Assist with arranging catch up reading tests for those that have missed the groups ones or for new starters
  • Dyslexia testing and adding results to Edukey and sending to parents
  • Support the attendance of students through welfare calls as appropriate
  • Support the general administration of the wider team e.g. ordering resources, reading age tests, examinations
  • Prepare letters, minutes and other documentation as requested
  • Support the team with the organisation of school events e.g. reading age tests medicals, vaccinations, school photos etc. as required
  • Access information held on the school's management information system (MIS) including producing reports where necessary
  • Daily filing of all information in student records
  • To assist the team to meet deadlines for assessment information by inputting and checking data as required

Participating in performance management and professional development activities

This will include:

  • Participating in the school's arrangements for performance management.
  • Participating in arrangements for further training and professional development, including attendance at professional training days.

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- school: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
