Grounds Maintenance Operative - Cardiff
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for:
Undertaking grounds maintenance, horticultural and related tasks within the site
Grass cutting/shrub pruning/removal of weeds and litter
Preventative maintenance checks of machinery and other duties you may be asked to perform. e.g. soft landscaping works.

Previous experience in a similar role
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills to engage with the client, customers and team members where appropriate
Good customer service skills
Good communication skills - written and verbal
The ability to demonstrate great team work
The ability to follow instructions


Experience:

Grounds Maintenance Operative: 1 year (preferred)
