Call Centre Representative

Duties:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products/services
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide assistance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to upsell products/services effectively
  • Analytical thinking to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers

Salary:
From £24,833.78 per year
