Call Centre Representative
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products/services
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide assistance
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to upsell products/services effectively
- Analytical thinking to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers
Salary:
From £24,833.78 per year
