Bychoice Estate Agents in Bury St Edmunds are one of the areas leading property specialists, dealing with residential sales & lettings, new homes & commercial.

A small professional team working in the heart of this beautiful town.

We are looking for an individual to compliment our current staff members & offer high levels of customer service whilst handling the demands of a busy sales and lettings office.

Liaising with buyers, seller, tenants and landlords in regards to their move, from agreed sale/let to moving home.
Updating and advising sellers on the viewers feedback

- accompany viewings with prospective buyers

Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
Helping buyers and seller progress their sale to a successful conclusion
Working with the other staff members to continue the efficient running of the branch

The position is a full time position and full industry specific training will be given.
Office opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, Saturday 9am-4pm.

Staff work a 5 day week, with a day off during the week & work Saturdays.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
