Role Purpose:

The Group Brand & Media team's remit covers brand strategy, creative, media, identity and orchestration across all Vodafone global markets.

For context, Vodafone is one of the largest advertisers in the world with a budget of €750m.

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Video Editor who combines a flair for storytelling and visual communication with a keen interest in leveraging new technologies such as AI to enhance creative workflows.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our video production, from conceptualising storyboards to crafting final edits using a mix of original and stock content.

Your expertise in identifying and utilising high-quality stock and sound libraries will be key in producing compelling and efficient video content that is on brand.

You're passionate about pushing creative boundaries and streamlining production through technology and sharing your knowledge and insights with team members.

You'll be able to adapt to different stakeholders, build relationships in a fast-paced environment and ensure the Vodafone brand is implemented and understood across all productions.

You'll be working under the Creative Director and next to two Copy Writers, Designers, a Junior Video Editor and a Project Manager to help bring the new Vodafone creative vision to life.

What you'll do:

Lead the endtoend video production process, including conceptualisation, storyboarding, editing and final delivery
Craft compelling narratives and visuals using a mix of original footage and materials sourced from leading stock and sound libraries
Stay updated with the latest in video technology and be open to integrating new tools and techniques, including AI, to enhance production efficiency and creativity
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that all video content aligns with brand guidelines and speaks effectively to the audience
Provide insights to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Efficiently work in Adobe Workfront and manage multiple projects, ensuring that all content is delivered on brief, on time and to the highest standard
Participate in the creative process from concept to completion, providing insights and recommendations

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects
Demonstrated ability to create engaging storyboards and narratives.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and , with a thorough understanding of the postproduction process
Experience with AI video creation, editing tools and workflows is beneficial
Extensive knowledge of highquality stock video and sound libraries, and experience in leveraging these resources to create impactful content
A proactive approach to learning and integrating new technologies and tools to enhance the video production process
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a creative team environment
