Responsibilities:

Process cash and card payments for customer parts.
Create Purchase Orders.
Warehouse duties, stock control, picking parts and restocking.
Provide efficient parts back up to the service department and customers.
Create new business and parts sales opportunities.
Liaise with our Manufacturers or suppliers if appropriate to fulfil all customer requirements.
Establish prices and availability of parts.
Produce documentation for the dispatch of all requirements to the correct destination.
Storing and accounting of warranty parts for the service department.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Essential_
Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
Good telephone manner.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Be a forwardthinker with the capability to plan ahead.
Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet to resolve issues that may arise.
Preferred_
Experience of working within the construction or manufacturing sector.
Ability to build rapport quickly with peers and customers.
