You will be the Personal Assistant to a Directors supporting them with managing their workloads and acting as their right hand.
You will be able to
communicate effectively internally and externally and ideally have experience of working with entrepreneurs. You will need to have strong organisational and administration skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Duties of this role include:
- Provide a confidential and professional administrative service to the Directors
- Planning and organising the activities on behalf of the Directors
- Diary management, minute taking, agenda preparation and planning meetings the Director will need to attend on a weekly basis.
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Point of contact for internal and external calls and accurate relay of associated messages; screening calls and visitors as appropriate.
- Management of meeting documentation relative to the Senior Management Team
- Negotiating on behalf of the Directors, where necessary.
- Personal and business hospitality, travel arrangements, including flight bookings, and hotel bookings
- Recognising business critical matters and raising them immediately with the relevant personnel
- Preparation and typing up of documents
- General filing, record keeping and note taking as and when required
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Directors
We are looking for someone with the following knowledge, skills, experience and attributes:
- Maintain
discretion and confidentiality at all times - Possess previous experience at an executive level and a proven record of
excellent PA skills
- Be able to use
initiative and think on your feet
- Have the ability to
judge a context, make connections and build relationships. - Be an
excellent communicator and influencer with the ability to form networks at all levels and influence effectively. - Have
superb organisational and administration skills. - Be confident to
work under pressure, while maintaining a sense of humour. - Be
selfmotivated and able to work independently, with the ability to manage projects concurrently. - Be a
creative problem solver; proactively seeking and acting upon feedback. - Have proficient
computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft packages, Canva, Hubspot ideal - Have proven experience of producing correspondence and documents

Salary:
Up to £35,000.00 per year
