We are proud British manufacturers of quality life-safety electronic equipment and are currently enjoying year-on-year growth and profitability.We are currently recruiting for a Digital Content Creator to work within our state of the art head office in Martland Park, Wigan, working 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday.
(Please note that this is not a remote position)The role
Our Digital Content Creator's role is to create and deliver engaging and impactful content to assist in the promotion of C-TEC and its products.
With a brief to champion all-things digital, reporting to our Group Marketing Manager and working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and Copywriter, your main day‐to‐day responsibilities will include:- Planning and producing brandfriendly digital content to be used across the company's website, presentations and social media channels with a view to increasing engagement with audiences and stakeholders.
- Producing videos (promotional, instructional, corporate and explainer), animations, infographics, slideshows and other digital assets to engage customers in new, innovative and engaging ways.
- Helping to manage digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with other team members to achieve specific goals.
- Developing creative ideas and suggesting new and innovative ways of delivering digital content that keeps up‐to‐date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Assisting in competitor/peer monitoring reviews and analysing content performance.
You will have:
- Strong videography and editing skills, with a good eye for visual content and attention to detail.
- The ability to create and curate content libraries for social media and website use.
- Experience of creating/editing digital content using packages such as InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
- Experience in video editing and proficiency with software such as Adobe's Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects).
- Experience shooting and editing short form video content and still imagery for Social Media reels etc.
- Knowledge of how to use all major social media channels.
- A qualification and/or experience in design, graphics, photography, communications, video production or a related field.
- A creative mind with an eye for detail.
You will be:
- Highly analytical with an understanding of digital analytics, their importance and the tools to monitor, manage and evaluate them such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
- A fast, enthusiastic learner with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Enthusiastic with a willingness to undertake other tasks and learn new skills, some of which may relate to print media.
- A good team player.
