Experienced in IT Sales or IT Recruitment and looking for something a little different? This is a Business Development Manager role operating within the Public Sector and requires someone who can operate in a more modern way, i.e.

not just phone bash.

This role will suit someone who can identify and approach contacts through the likes of LinkedIn, run marketing campaigns and follow up to gain traction and build strong, lasting relationships.

Based in Birmingham, just outside of the City Centre you will be joining an established niche recruitment agency with an established client base and strong reputation in the market.

This role will ideally suit someone with a strong interest and knowledge ofthe IT sector and experience in selling services or solutions in to this sector or IT departments.

Being Public Sector driven, this role will involve building relationships with key contacts and demonstrating the value of using this business for their IT recruitmentneeds.


  • Previous track record in Sales or Recruitment
  • Able to demonstrate softer selling skills and the ability to hit targets.
  • Comfortable both winning new business and maximising accounts.
  • Able to work autonomously and manage your own diary.
  • Ambitious and motivated to succeed.
You will receive a basic salary in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 plus commission and benefits package.
