London - Hybrid

£75, ,000 + BONUS

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a global strategy consultancy that is looking to integrate data into its strategic solutions for clients.

Our client has broad expertise in dynamic industries and is looking for a Data Analytics Lead to join their young and vibrant team.


THE ROLE:

You will be primarily client-facing and focused on designing analytical and strategic solutions to improve your clients' commercial operations. You will be leading a team of intelligent Analysts that fulfil the designs of your strategic solutions.

Your dayswill be varied but you play a key figure in promoting data literacy both internally as well as with your clients.


You will:

  • Design analytics solutions that will support strategic recommendations
  • Support the learning and development of two Analysts
  • Deliver analytical solutions to senior stakeholders, clients, and SMEs
  • Work with the Consultative team to write a proposal backed by data findings
  • Act as a technical SME to promote data literacy amongst your clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

You will need a commercial mindset, great communication skills, and be excited by a fast-paced, project-focused company.

  • A strong analytical or STEM degree
  • A background in a consultative environment
  • Mentoring or management experience
  • Experience working with the following technologies: SQL, Python, and/ or Alteryx
  • Any exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
  • Ideally, experience working within a smallmid size organisation
