Description

Aramark Northern Europe are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to support our offshore Operations Team by mobilising offshore crew.

Ideally you will have had experience as a Logistics Coordinator, however this is not essential as full training and development can be provided.


Responsibilities:


  • Daily review of crew requirements covering off short term requirements and forward planning to cater for all holiday, long term sick, fluctuation in manning requirements etc.
  • Manage and support all systems from Vantage / Centic App / MyWorklife HR Database / Excel tracking documents.
  • Action all calls to note all absence / provide cover and update HR / Payroll.
  • Provide support to Operations Mangers on daily requirements.
  • Interface with Client representatives to obtain flight information.
  • Support oncall out of hours service on a rotational basis.
  • Support training requirements working with a variety of vendors.
  • Additional experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and standards.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.
