Hire & Sales Administrator
Full time, permanent position available with an immediate start.

Monday - Thursday 8:30am til 5pm and Fridays 8:30am til 4pm.

Holiday entitlement - 20 days + 8 bank holidays.

The company has a shutdown over the Christmas period.

THE ROLE:

The role will be working in the Sales & Hire Department. The role is varied, you will be processing orders to completion, arranging transport and generally supporting the sales team.
Working with the Sales Team to maximise new and existing sales opportunities whilst ensuring that all administration is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
You will be required to build effective customer relationships and resolve customer issues promptly and satisfactorily.
You will be required to work closely with our inhouse engineers to report and cost any loss or damage.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:

Customer focused and possess excellent administration and organisation skills.
Proven telephone and face to face communication skills.
Proven customer service skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft is essential.
Previous experience in the engineering industry would be advantageous.
Strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative.
