The Care Home Receptionist will meet and greet visitors. In most cases you will act as the first point of call to all external visitors and enquiries. You will also carry out general administration and telephony duties as instructed.

You will need to be confident in interacting with guests and visitors and be able to use most generic Microsoft office packages.

You will work 6 hours per day, 18 hours per week including weekends via a rota.

Kenton Hall is a 60 bedded residential and nursing service, approximately four miles from Newcastle city centre.

Set in landscaped gardens on the outskirts of Gosforth, with excellent road and public transport links we provide dignified, professional person centred care for our long term, respite and interim residents.

Our qualified nursing team, supported by a strong care team provide support for varying needs, from those needing just that bit more care than can be provided at home, through complex nursing care, up to and including palliative care.

As well as welcoming private residents we work closely with Newcastle City council and the NHS, accepting Local authority funded residents with no additional top up on fees, and CHC nursing clients.
