An experienced Care Coordinator who has preferably worked in the care industry previously. Excellent computer skills and organisational skills, as well as being able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
Role Requirements -
- Minimum of at least 6 months of Care Coordinating experience.
- At least 6 months experience working as a Care Assistant preferred
- A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference.
- Reliability, flexibility, hard work and honesty.
- Great communication skills.
- Great team work skills.
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Duties may include, but may not be limited to:
- Allocating carers to their assigned service users
- Completing rotas and ensuring they are sent each week
- Maintaining excellent communication with your team and service users
- Supporting and developing care staff
- Stepping into the role as care worker when the need arises
- Managing the on call service on a rostered basis
Salary:
£18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
