PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is responsible for supporting the Internal Communications Manager, for the digital and integration division.

This role works directly with leadership team members to lead the development and implementation of communications strategies that enable their organizations to effectively deliver business results.

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Support, develop and execute strategic internal communications programs that align with corporate business priorities as well as shaping employee engagement and culture
  • Collaborate with the HR business partners of the divisions/functions on communications related to organizational structure, change initiatives and culture activation
  • Serve as the communications representative for dedicated divisions/functions on enterprisewide initiatives related these organizations
  • Manage internal webcasts and moderate Q&As
  • Support the planning, production, and overall execution of key internal events that will make an impact on our communications strategy

EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor's degree in communications or other related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience of working in a multicultural, global environment across time zones is desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years in a communications role in a PR agency or a company of similar or larger size, in which responsible for managing the communications for a specific function (i.e. Human Resources).
