Complaint Handler:
To provide support to the business together with your peers, with handling and the satisfactory resolution of complaints on behalf of client companies and OPAL.
Breaches:
To administer and allocate all Regulatory and ISO Breaches, ensuring completeness and corrective actions (if any) are recorded. To work with the Compliance Department.
PEP Screening Administration:
To assist the Compliance Department in conducting the daily PEP Screening and reporting any matches to the Compliance Department.
- minimum - 2 years' experience within the financial services industry or a customer-service environment

Security Awareness - understands basic principles of Data Protection and other forms of protection of data or assets within an organisation
Minimum Qualifications required upon recruitment - GCSE standard or equivalent (grade B and above), English and Mathematics.
Principal Job Objectives
- Take ownership of the complaints handling process, under the guidance of the Head of Operations and input from the Compliance Department.
- Investigate and manage complaints including drafting final decision letters
- To undertake PEP and Sanctions screening tool and report any matches to the Compliance Department after first filtering out false positives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the Consumer Duty culture, ensuring fair outcomes for consumers
- Maintain the breach registers and the breach administration system. To work closely with the Compliance Department and respond to any queries they may have.
- To support the Chief Security Officer in ensuring all ISO Breaches are managed and closed within the required timeframes
Salary:
From £28,000.00 per year
