We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support students' growth and development at a thriving secondary school in Harrow.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to promote effective teaching and learning


Your tasks will include:
Supporting individuals or groups of students in their learning journeys.

Taking charge during short-term absences of the class teacher, delivering pre-prepared activities.

Assisting in classroom management and organization.

Creating and maintaining a supportive and purposeful learning environment.

Safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.


Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.

Passionate about ensuring the success and growth of every student.

Committed to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
