Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 Depending on Experience

We are working with a client in Littleborough to appoint a Health and Safety Administrator in their Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) team.

In this role you would be responsible for SHEQ administrative support and will include maintainingdata quality, facilitate management system updates, distribution of documents and document control.

Daily duties for the Health and Safety Administrator role include:

  • Provide support to the SHEQ Manager in order to achieve excellent safety, health, environmental and quality (SHEQ) standards across the business, through the management systems and continuous improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of SHEQ assessments/management plans.
  • Support with customer and supplier complaints.
  • Assist in the management of external audit function with our accreditation auditors.
  • Follow up with line managers to obtain relevant information for things such as incident investigations, nonconformances, customer complaints etc.
  • Provide support in delivering and implementing SHEQ standards in relation to document control, "creating and issuing SHEQ reports".
  • Assist in the development of SHEQ Communications, products and training content as required.
  • Assist with internal audits in support of our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 & H&S compliance.


For the Health and Safety Administrator role we need some one with some understanding of Health and Safety and previous experience in an administration position.
