Job Title:
Temporary Administrator (6-8 weeks)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organising and coordinating annual and quarterly charity events, ensuring smooth operations and effective support for the event planning team.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the charity events, including but not limited to: managing event registrations, tracking attendee information, preparing event materials, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to maintain event calendars, track budgets, and manage event logistics such as venue bookings, catering arrangements, and vendor coordination.
- Utilise LinkedIn, Google, and our CRM system to conduct data cleansing activities, verifying, and updating information as necessary.
- Support the data cleansing project by confirming and reconciling data accuracy across various platforms, ensuring highquality data integrity.
- Maintain communication with internal stakeholders to gather eventrelated information and provide updates on attendance and participant data.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries related to the charity events and data cleansing project, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
- Positive attitude, selfmotivated, and able to take initiative.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 8 weeks
Salary:
£10.00-£13.00 per hour
