Description

To provide an efficient consumables and materials management to Renal Services, including receiving orders, waste management, stock room management and the ordering/receipting of goods for multiple sites.

Full training will be provided.

Staff will have a nominated base (Mary Rankin Dialysis Unit) but will be required to provide cover across 3 other Renal Satellite Units as and when required.

COMMUNICATION & KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Actively maintain working relationship with supplies and logistics companies to ensure efficient delivery of
Liaise and support dialysis nursing staff and multidisciplinary team within the centre; including the Stores Manager and the administrative
Keep effective working relationship with the Trust's facilities, supplies and procurement department in order to resolve any occurring material management
Communicate effectively with all patients, families, customers, colleagues and any other visitors to the
Ensure you communicate in a friendly and professional manner at all
Deal with challenging issues on a phone and facetoface; maintain excellent customer care at all
