What to expect:
As compensation and benefits administration, you will join us in a truly valuable role, responsible for providing administrative support across the whole reward agenda.
Working as part of the wider reward team, you will support and advise the people function and colleagues on key compensation and benefits matter.
As part of this role you will be responsible for maintaining reward databases and aspects of the job benchmarking process.
You will have the opportunity to support on key projects across the benefits platform, as well as supporting the annual compensation cycle.

What you'll need to succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills.
A background in HR is not essential for this role, however you will exhibit a keen passion for specialist in Reward.
In addition, you will:
- Possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Be numerically confident; experienced working with large amounts of data.
- A passion of learning new skills, a selfstarter with excellent attention to detail
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a cando attitude and proactively seeks solutions to problems.
