At MMT we have an exciting future ahead of us and we want to share that with you through our placement programme and we offer students the opportunity to grow and learn with us across a number of placement positions


We are proud of our placement programme and rightly so as over the last 20 years we have seen this grow and develop and many students who have been through placements with us have returned to us after graduation, kickstarting their careers in their chosen field in a Digital Transformation Agency, working alongside some of our global partners such as Vodafone, BP and Virgin Atlantic.


Our Finance Director and Chief Technology Officer, both started at MMT as placement students - when we say we take your career seriously we mean it In addition to learning on the job, we have a dedicated placement student programme run by our experienced L&D team who will help you thrive not just in the technical aspects of your role, but by immersing you in the world of business, your own personal brand and providing a number of socialisation days to help you thrive in your career.


As a small company with a large reach you will get hands on exposure with our senior leaders, access to dedicated and tailored Learning & Development to support you throughout the year and an opportunity to come together with your placement cohort on a regular basis to learn from each other.

As part of MSQ partners (an international group of creative agencies) if you are in our London Office (which is opposite the Royal Opera House, right in Covent Garden) you will also be working alongside these partner agencies.

Depending on the role, you will be based out of our Uppingham Office in the Midlands, or our London Office but you will need to on occasion travel to both when you are not working from home.

Students should be able to get themselves to our offices.


The Opportunity:

As our Operations Placement Student, you will be joining an award-winning Digital Agency.

The team is responsible for matching our employees onto projects for our many clients and ensuring our talented teams stay productive and fulfilled.

In this role, you'll have a number of responsibilities including:

Reviewing data, updating and reporting via our resource planning system, MavenlinkSupporting the regular and accurate logging of time and ensuring we catch trends earlyReporting on trends using data via spreadsheets, presentations, and reportsCross-referencing data on Mavenlink with our other systems to identify gaps and issuesHelping evaluate our pipeline of work in comparison to our capacity and the skills of our peopleWorking on ad hoc projects assigned to you by the Operations Manager around trend analysis, forecasting and capacity planningWorking across departments partnering with various teams and stakeholders to support business objectives
