Key role aim:


To welcome our new and existing clients into the company by integrating onboarding systems and processes after the sale has been completed and providing excellent customer service.

By preparing for ongoing services and shorter term projects, you will accurately gather all necessary information and documentation and work closely within the CRM.

Educating the client into our systems and processes is crucial for ongoing accuracy and performance of services.

Correct capture of data, documents and key information is the launching point for a long and trusting relationship with the client whose business success depends on us.


Key Performance Indicators:

Follow systems and procedure to ensure a smooth and client focused onboarding to all of our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new and existing clients and introduce to relevant expert teams and partners accordingly in line with Onboarding SOPS.
  • Present and walk through key processes and procedures to educate new clients
  • Ensure the client has completed all necessary documents and process for successful onboarding of company services.
  • Ensure all key task information is produced, completed and validated on time. Organisation and management of own clients within the onboarding module.
  • Keep CRM updated along with any trackers or filing and communicate with all internal teams.
  • Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent professional relationship with the client and take ownership of their onboarding experience.
  • Act consistently with our Company's value and maintain the organisations reputation for high standards of business conduct.
  • Improve the automation of tasks within the onboarding module and offer improvement of processes
  • Liaise effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Complete crossdepartmental adhoc tasks in line with business requirements
  • Support the CEO with administrative tasks relating to Business Acquisitions. Skills, Qualifications and experience;
  • Competent in using Microsoft programmes. ZOHO CRM experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience communicating with Business owners through formal written and verbal communication and discussion advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a great communicator
  • Proven track record of client facing interaction
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Natural aptitude for attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to multitask
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Able to adapt to the changing and evolving nature of a fast growing organisation
  • To be selfmotivated and a team player
