We are currently recruiting for a Training Co-ordinator to join our People & Culture team on a fixed term basis to provide cover for maternity leave.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the role will include:

  • Managing and booking training requests for continuous professional development, keeping a close eye on budgets and spend.
  • Assessing and processing requests for career development funding.
  • Renewing firmwide and individual professional memberships.
  • Coordinating and evaluating internal development programmes.
  • Conducting development meetings for our internal trainee solicitors and CILEx lawyers.
  • Overseeing the firms online compliance training and allocating courses;
  • Conducting new employee inductions.
  • Providing support and facilitating activities on recruitment assessment days.
Experience in Legal HR and/or CIPD or similar training qualifications would be advantageous but is not essential.
