Maternity Cover
We are currently recruiting for a Training Co-ordinator to join our People & Culture team on a fixed term basis to provide cover for maternity leave.
- Managing and booking training requests for continuous professional development, keeping a close eye on budgets and spend.
- Assessing and processing requests for career development funding.
- Renewing firmwide and individual professional memberships.
- Coordinating and evaluating internal development programmes.
- Conducting development meetings for our internal trainee solicitors and CILEx lawyers.
- Overseeing the firms online compliance training and allocating courses;
- Conducting new employee inductions.
- Providing support and facilitating activities on recruitment assessment days.
