David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy.

They are seeking to onboard a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece to support an online supplements store clients.

Remuneration:
Base salary.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
  • Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • C2 level of Norwegian and B2 English, both oral and written
  • Passionate about customers and customer service
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Stable internet connection
