The role:


Warrington Borough Council have an exciting opportunity to work in our respite home for children with disabilities and complex health needs.

The home has recently been inspected by Ofsted and has gained a judgement of "outstanding" for 10 years running.

At Westland Drive we can care for up to 3 children at any one time, up to the age of 18 years.


The post is a casual contract and the hours covered will be worked to cover a twenty-four hour, seven day a week service.

This will include evenings, weekends and school holidays to meet the needs of the service.

You will receive a sleep-in supplement to your pay and enhancements to your hourly rate to cover weekends and past 19:00.


Sleeping In duties may be offered as part of the role as well as working bank holidays and unsociable hours.

Full enhanced DBS clearance is required.
