Key Responsibilities
- Learn and Grow: Receive handson training in FAIRs administration processes, including document management, data entry, and quality assurance procedures.
- Quality Assurance Support: Assist in the coordination of first article inspections and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to support FAIRs administration activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: No prior experience necessary we're seeking individuals with a passion for learning and a desire to kickstart their career in aerospace manufacturing.
- Educational Background: GCSE's or equivalent, additional education or training in administration or a related field is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and data entry tasks.
- Excellent Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment and learn new processes and procedures quickly.
