The Customer Service Associate is a full-time position dedicated to providing best in class customer service to ISN's contractor customer base, as well as assisting with internal administrative functions of the Customer Service Team.

The Customer ServiceAssociate serves as the driver of quality for customer inquiries and support, customer workflows, and day-to-day processes within Contractor Development.

It requires that one be a self-starter, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with allof the day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization.

2:1 University graduate

The Customer Service Advisor
role involves:

Proactively service and support ISNetworld contractor/supplier clients
Conduct training on ISN products via phone, web based and facetoface meetings
Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects
Negotiating terms of contracts
