Part time customer service advisor
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our ever growing team. We are a family run skip hire and waste management company that has been established for over 30 years. We are located halfway between Norwich & Dereham in a village called East Tuddenham just off the A47.

The role of this job is to include the following:

Taking inbound and outbound calls to customers, obtaining accurate information.
Providing quotations.
Creating orders on a bespoke system.
Providing an excellent customer service.
Developing meaningful customer relationships.
Taking card payments.
Liaising with driver queries.
Dealing with drivers daily run sheets.
Operating the companies weigh bridge when weighbridge operator is on break or annual leave.
Letting clientele in and out of the building.
Signing visitors in and out via the visitors book.
Following sales managers instructions.
Deal with any complaints in a professional manner and pass over to the necessary manager.
Would have previous experience within a customer service role.
Proactive, motivated learner who is able to work independently and in a team.
Must have good computer skills.
Must have a good telephone manner.
Able to work under pressure.
Be reliable, friendly and confident.
Full driving licence as no bus route to location.

Wednesday to Friday 9am - 5pm

1 in 4 Saturdays 7am-11.30am

Salary and holiday entitlement:

Holiday: 12 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rota).

Starting salary:
£13,006.50 to be reviewed on completion of 3 month probation period.

Immediate start available.
