With continuous growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Tax Junior who has developed some tax experience in practice but would embrace the opportunity to do a dual handler role, working on both US and UK tax.

The role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work with an incredibly broad range of clients.

You will have a keen eye for detail, teamed with the ability to spot any inaccuracies or duplications and provide resolutions.

Efficiency and accuracy are key as well as exceptional interpersonal skills, effective communication and the ability to work to deadlines.

Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Preparing US and UK tax returns for a portfolio of private clients
  • Requesting and chasing tax information from clients and third parties
  • Communicating with clients to explain positions taken on tax returns, payment instructions, etc
  • Involvement in obtaining new clients, attendance at initial client meetings
  • Participating in marketing activity
  • Demonstrating technical knowledge in US and/or UK tax law applicable to grade
  • Ensuring high level of service to clients and colleagues
  • Completing US bank account forms, W8BEN's, filing extensions etc.


As your role develops, we'll offer you scope to worak in more structural and advisory areas, depending upon your progress.

We'll also offer you the opportunity of future progression and development, including full study support towards professional qualification.


About you

You will ideally have relevant experience in Tax.

You will be confident in working to a high standard, have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to your work.


You will also have/be:

  • Experience of at least 1 tax season
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • High level time management and prioritisation skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong MS office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook and taxation software
