Description

We are looking to recruit Customer Services Advisors to work for our successful client, in their brand-new office as part of a dynamic team.

Based in Meir, Stoke-On-Trent.

Shifts are 08:30-16:30 or 09:30-17:00, Monday

  • Friday.
£10-£10.40 per hour.


This role involves:

  • Tracking customer orders.
  • Data entry.
  • Reporting any issues with damages etc.
  • Answering telephone calls.

Skills:


  • Customer focused.
  • IT Literate.
  • Good telephone skills.
  • Administration skills.
